Our Team:

Industrial Video has 25 employees, all of whom are driven to completely satisfy its clients. Consisting of many talented individuals with collectively hundreds of years of experience, Industrial Video believes it is unmatched in its company personnel. Industrial Video is managed by the following individuals:

Timothy Czyzak, President

Tim joined Industrial Video in 2010 and is a seasoned executive focusing on operational management and financial accounting. Prior to joining Industrial Video, Tim worked with Long Point Capital, a leading middle market private equity fund focused on construction companies. There, he actively oversaw three portfolio companies with revenues in excess of $250 million. Additionally, Tim has worked for Vetus Partners and National City Bank and he received a B.S.B.A in Finance from Elon University. Currently Tim is a member of the Panasonic Advisory Council and is a board member of L'Arche Cleveland. Tim can be reached at tczyzak@ivideo.com.

John Barak, Operations Manager

During John’s 30 plus years with Industrial Video he has been instrumental in the successful design and completion of many industry defining A/V and broadcast systems. As Industrial Video’s Operations Manager, John is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of all projects. John’s educational experiences include Fort Monmouth Signal School and DeVry Institute of Technology, and he received an A.A.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lorain County Community College. John is a member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers and the Society of Broadcast Engineers. John can be reached at jbarak@ivideo.com.

Michael Sparke, Regional Sales Manager

Mike has been an employee of Industrial Video since 2000 and has over thirty years of experience in broadcast, film and video production. Mike works with leading customers such as ESPN and FoxSports giving him real world experience that provides customers with a unique operating perspective. This distinctive view helped contribute to Mike receiving the Solomon Award from Church Production Magazine. In addition to managing his own accounts, Mike oversees Industrial Video’s Central and Southern Ohio sales teams. Mike has a B.F.A. in Film / Video Production from the University of Cincinnati. David Walters, Regional Sales Manager

David has worked for Industrial Video for nearly 15 years and has been involved in the commercial video sales and systems integration business for over 22 years. He has sold large systems ranging from Bowling Green State University’s A/V project at Olscamp Hall to Cable 9’s television production truck upgrade to full HD. In addition to managing his own accounts, David oversees Industrial Video’s Northern Ohio sales team. David has a B.A. in Communications from John Carroll University.
