Support Packages include the following professional services:

  • Telephone support and/or Remote Assistance for PC based Systems (Remote Assistance not yet available for Apple systems at this time)

  • On-site support for Avid, Apple, Matrox Axio, Scala, and Castnet systems

  • Labor for upgrading client owned software on-site or through Remote Assistance

  • Monthly invoice showing the amount of hours used as well as any additional charges you may have acquired

Package Terms:

  • Pre-Paid purchases via credit card or P.O.

  • Buy blocks of time which do not expire, blocks are sold in lots of 10, 20, or 30hrs and used in 15 minute increments

  • Monday through Friday 9-5 support On-site, Telephone, and/or Remote Assistance

  • Travel and hotel are not included, and will be charged separately

  • Mileage is calculated from nearest Industrial Video Office location to client and charged as one-way travel

  • On-site, telephone, and/or remote diagnostics for weekend calls are not covered under this contract and will be charged at a rate of $180/hr. plus travel

  • Does not include cost for on going support packages from Manufacturer

  • Hardware support is per the manufacturer
